Chantler Law

Chantler Law Offices prides itself in offering high quality, moderately-priced legal representation to small businesses and individuals. We handle a wide range of cases and business transactions, with an emphasis on Real Estate and Estate Planning engagements. We have a particular focus on real estate litigation (including landlord-tenant matters, particularly in rent/eviction controlled jurisdictions), general civil litigation, estate planning and general business counseling.

Our office was originally founded in 2002 by Renee, who ended her billable practice in 2006 to pursue the opportunity to serve the public interest as Pro Bono Counsel for DLA Piper LLP (US.) ‘s west coast offices. Chantler Law Offices was reborn in 2011, when Derek was admitted to practice. As of August 2016, Renee has returned to billable practice. Together, the unique strengths Renee and Derek bring to client representations has made Chantler Law Offices better than ever before.
